I placed an online order today and my app defaulted my location to a different state, but I didn't realize until I went to my location to pick up my food. I called the location that the order was accidentally placed at and I was told they were unable to give me a refund to my card, only cash if I came in in person. I live over 2 hours away. I was told to call corporate or dispute it with my bank. Corporate doesn't allow you to actually speak with a human to initiate a refund. Very bad customer service.
- KCKC ChildersJan 1, 20241.0Messed up another order. How you just can't take the order and follow what is in writing. Ordered a footlong chicken breast and a 6 inch steak and cheese. Got a 6 inch chicken and a footlong steak and cheese. Chicken was supposed to be toasted NOT ice cold. Paid for smashed guacamole didn't receive that on the Turkey and Ham. I think it's time for new management.
