We ordered at car port #4 today and paid via card. After 45 minutes we finally pressed the button again to ask when we would expect our order as everyone else who pulled in after was receiving their order. The employee apologized and said our food was placed in the wrong area and they would bring it right out. How that happened to only us and no one else, is baffling. Then another employee came out and waved a receipt at us and we asked her what she was trying to say, but she didn’t speak English. She said “cash” and we said “we paid with our card” and she said “I don’t know” - with attitude. Then another employee came out and explained our card was pulled out too soon and didn’t process properly. He processed our card inside and the other employee who didn’t speak English, which her coworker confirmed without us asking, came back and just held the card out from the front of the car and didn’t say anything - with attitude. If there’s a mistake, that’s fine. If you can’t provide service to customers, because you can’t speak literally any English AT ALL. That’s a huge problem in the service industry.

This is the second time my Sonic Blast was missing the chocolate syrup/hot fudge I paid extra for. Pictured below is a cookie dough sonic blast - mostly comprised of vanilla ice cream and cookie dough pieces. It’s incredibly disappointing when you’re craving it and it’s not there at all.
I love Sonic, but this has become a consistent issue. Paying extra and then having to add the topping myself at home kind of defeats the purpose.
Edit: I’m not interested in following links or filling out forms to explain this again. It should be done correctly the first time. This is the second time it’s happened, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. I’m sharing my feedback right here.
