At the window I asked if they could make it with part baha blast and part vanilla cream flavors together. They eventually stated that there was no button for it. I told her that they were both the same price so it shouldn't matter. She said it doesn't matter and walked away. Someone else brought me the food. I asked if he was the manager and he said no he could get them but maybe he could help me. I told him what the other person said and he told me they don't have a button for it because they don't sell that anymore. I told him that I know that but could he just mix them in the same cup. He told me no and that he could get fired. I eventually told him to just get me another cup of the other dlavor and we would mix it ourselves. We typically order from there about once a week and our total was more than $50 which I feel is outrageous for a fast food place. I have worked in the restaurant industry for about 25 years and I have never denied someone or been denied such a simple request. That and along with them forgetting something at least 3 times prior will most likely make this a place I will no longer order from.

Today we decided to change things up and give them another chance. We walked in to this Taco Bell and the gentleman at the counter took our order! - and it was delivered promptly. This place gets 5 stars for great customer service.
