  I AM SICK TO MY STOMACH, How TONY - TONI A blond haired "Girl" , I can't call her a lady cause she acted everything opposite of a "Lady" that day of December 26 2025, I pulled up and made an order, the first young girl was absolutely fine she did a wonderful job, taking my order... Than I drove up to pay, the kid gave me my bag of food I put it down turned around he gave me my drink turn back around he gave me my money he shut the windows, and I looked in my bag for one second, then I started to put my money away, I wasn't even sitting there for a minute after he gave me my food , all of a sudden some RAGE FULL women open up the windows and told me I need to pull up if I want to look in my bag I could not believe what she said to me and how rude , Toxic unprofessional behavior don't even let me sit there for a minute to get my things together to get ready to pull off, I couldn't even put my money away so I could drive off, I couldn't believe the audacity, trying to tell a customer to get that hell out of here ASAP...the ignorance, not professional at all, very unnecessary and uncalled for very disrespectful! I looked at my pocketbook then I looked back at her and said no, I'm putting my money away first and then I will leave so she tells me , in an asinine way She say's, -- O.k. YOUR NASTY!!!!!! TO ME-- A CUSTOMER !!! I GO INSIDE TO GET HER NAME TO REPORT HER AND SHE STARTED ACTING LIKE AN ANIMAL , GETTING IN FIGHT MODE AGAINST A CUSTOMER!! I asked her why she told me to move if no one was in back at me, and she couldn't handle somebody confronting her unprofessionalism and disrespect... Oh and while I came in, I heard her talking to another employee about someone else, having an issue or a problem with another customer about a straw /straws!! I hope Taco Bell doesn't get the reputation destroyed and use customers because of an out of line NASTY Employee!! I AM FRIGGIN ' PISSED !!!!!!! SUCH A DISGRACE !!!

  To the manager on shift tonight, I as a dasher commend you. Drive-through AND the registers were busy. I stopped in 4 times for 4 different orders and each time you made sure to stop what you were doing and picked up where the rest of the team was slacking. I watched you work the line, run the window and take care of the lobby and other mobile orders. You’re doing great and as much of an “it’s one of those days” kind of shifts it seemed to have been , you held up and maintained.
