It's nice 2 see a good grocery store, large, clean/organized, everything you could possibly need (deli, pharmacy, prepared foods, etc..), helpful staff. Wonderful.

- AJAshley JacksonNov 27, 20251.0That was the worst customer service experience I ever had, and on Thanksgiving day at that with Christeene I beleive her name was. This was at self check out. The website said they would be open at 6am and didnt open until 7am so some customers and I waited for the doors to open at 7am. I myself am a regular. I was all chipper walking through the store getting creamer and some donuts for my kids literally had about 10 items. Got to the self checkout and I noticed 5 of the 6 machines where being used. The last machine on the right has a white sign on the bottom self and it did read lane closed, BUT the machine read lane open. I assumed it was early and she was busy and forgot to take the sign down. The register will normally read lane closed if its actually closed on the screen. The checkout lady was standing at her little station near the exit door talking to a gentleman. I scanned my first time and it said "assistant needed" she grumbles to the guy "IT SAYS LANE CLOSED FOR A REASON" I stood there already shes in her grumpy mood, but just minded my business, and kindly waited for her to come over to my machine. She came over grabbed the white sign and shook it while saying loudly "ITS CLOSED FOR A REASON" I said I thought you might have forgotten to take it down and I said the computer said it was "open" she continued to be rude and loud saying " ITS CLISED FIR A REASON and started saying other things but at this point has me in tears I got loud back and told her she was being so rude on THANKGIVING DAY! what a nasty costumer service. I went to the costumer service desk this morning and 2 women helped me get my groceries and rung me out over there. I was in complete shock that, thats how my morning on Thanksgiving day started. Probably nothing will be addressed and now im just not wanting to return to self check out. 😞
