When I called this location I was able to speak to and GET HUNG UP ON by the manager named Chloe on staff for the evening. She was extremely rude, unpleasant, and gave zero solutions or customer service. Even had the audacity to say they can’t make free pizzas even after I explained to her that my account was charged and could provide screenshots as proof. The lack of customer service was extremely disappointing after already getting denied food that I paid for!! Unbelievable experience and not in a good way!! That’s the last time I support a dominos location. Completely disappointed and disgusted with the management at this location. I’d much rather spend my money with a family business where they have respect for their customers and their customers money. I will be reaching out to their corporate offices in regards to these fraudulent charges and poor excuse for managers.
