    Third time that my food has been wrong at night. I said no condiments but with cheese. Night crew must be dumb or deaf since they left cheese off the burger. No straws for the drinks. Ridiculous.

    Just don't do it. I am a fan of Wendy's but their prices and promotions aren't what they used to be and now add poor service, at least at this location. This was the first time and last time coming to this Wendy's location. First off the way to get in and out of this Wendy's is laughable. No easy way in or out and is extremely confusing as to how they have stayed in business because of the difficulty going in and out. The first greeting at the drive thru was terrible. The woman over the speaker sounded disappointed to greet me. I was the only vehicle in line. Place was empty. Never a good 1st impression when you sound disappointed. Next I ordered through the app to avoid any confusion speaking with someone at the drive thru. My order is already written down and confirmed. Finally when I got my food I checked quickly and it was all there but when I ate it at home there was some issues. I ordered 2 bacon double stacks for $3.99 each. What I got was double stacks with no bacon. Did it taste good, absolutely; was it what I ordered and paid for....no. There was more to my order and my son's chicken sandwich was hot. My food was cold. This is why I cannot recommend this location. Not giving them a 2nd chance.

    This was my worst Wendy’s experience. Sat in the drive through for about 15 minutes before I could place my order. By the time I got to the pick up window, I was told I needed to pull aside and wait five minutes for my chicken tender wrap. I pulled over and waited 15 minutes before my food came up. Upon looking in the bag, I come to learn I had not been given a chicken tender wrap as I ordered, but a singular chicken tender in a box, which isn’t even an item on the menu. I tried to enter the store to fix the issue but the door was locked. Keep in mind this was at 1pm on a Wednesday. The people working here don’t care at all. Avoid this Wendy’s if you value your time and money.

    La comida parece comida que vienen con mayonesa se le olvidan ponerla,las pechugas parecen de pollo como si no tuviera nada dentro de tan delgadas y secas, la lechuga como si no uviera más para terminar de montar el sándwich y las papas frías.una confusión lo puede tener cualquiera en una orden pero en dos órdenes cometer el mismo error

    I’ve ordered just the beef patties at THIS Wendy’s before — twice. Same location. Same request. No issue. So imagine my confusion when today, that exact same order was suddenly treated like it had never existed and could not possibly be done. For clarity: I asked for only the beef patties. No bun. No toppings. No modifications. Just patties. This is not some fringe, mythical request — it’s something Wendy’s locations regularly accommodate, and again, this specific Wendy’s has done it for me before. Yet today, I was told they “don’t do that here.” Which raises an obvious question: Since when? If this location was able to sell me patties on two previous visits, then either: • The policy changed without notice, or • The policy is being applied inconsistently, or • The staff simply didn’t want to deal with it None of those reflect well on customer experience. Fast-food chains thrive on consistency. Customers shouldn’t have to guess whether an order will be honored based on the day, the shift, or who happens to be behind the counter. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, and no alternative offered — just a hard stop on something that has already been done here before. This isn’t about food — it’s about reliability. If a location can do something twice and then deny it the third time without reason, that’s frustrating and unnecessary. I’ll be going to a different Wendy’s next time — one that actually knows what it can and cannot sell, and applies that consistently.
