    Fresh food, buffet is well stocked, and often attended by staff. Restaurant is spacious. The Hibachi grill is my awesome.

    I've never experienced anything like this store. The employees behind the counter act like they're hanging out in someone's basement instead of working. They yell across the store, scream, curse and slam things around like the customers are an interruption to their social hour. I actually watched them eating and drinking in full view of customers while ignoring people waiting for help. The attitude is unreal - rude responses, eye rolling, and zero professionalism. The whole place feels completely out of control. It's loud, chaotic, and uncomfortable, and management is nowhere to be found. If this is the best they can do, I won't be back. There are plenty of restaurants that know how to treat customers with respect.
