  Food is as expected for this type of place Service, more aptly the delivery of food is usually slow…. More a function of the kitchen than the servers Tends to be overly loud, both my children comment about it after every visit, it’s probably worth and osha dB reading. Biggest complaints: the card activation fee, come on, the pinnacle of made up BS fees. Also they push you to order the game card thru server and hope you tip the server on the enter order including the game purchase. Most of the workers appear to be doing their very best.

  First time eating at this establishment and probably the last. Waited for about 10 minutes with no hostess to seat us so we sat ourselves. Mother is handicapped and she couldn't stand long so we sat in an empty booth. Waitress got hostess and she rolled her eyes at us. Got menus, ordered drinks( 2 sodas 1 beer and 2 waters) about 10 minutes goes by and waitress comes back and we order appetizer nachos.. got nachos with no plates or silverware. Had to flag waitress down for these items. Another 15 or so minutes goes by and had to flag down again to take our order. 2 shrimp Alfredo's, 2 BBQ brisket burgers (medium) and 1 chicken quesadilla to go. Alfredo's were ok, BBQ brisket flavors were good, however burgers were charred to a crisp on the outer ring of burger. Had to ask another server for a drink refill because waitress wasn't to be seen. Flagged her down again for the bill and 2 to go boxes. Comes back with 1 box and a bill for $189. We're like wth, read it on your machine and it wasn't ours. Waitress says, oh another table was added to yours. She's gone another 15 minutes and comes back with $117.71 which was correct because we verified items. Definitely not a smooth dinner experience.

  Waited over a half hour for our food. Meanwhile I could see 3 food windows full of food waiting to be delivered to the tables. The person putting orders together didn’t know what she was doing and the kitchen clearly didn’t know how to work together either in order to get an entire tables food out together.

  i normally don’t leave reviews but this place deserved it, and a bad one to say the least. the service is the worst i have ever seen, it took someone forever to come take our order, and when our order was done being taken the server has not come over once to ask if we needed refills or anything. we also didn’t even get napkins or silverware, we had to take some off another table. i had to eye her from across the room just so she would come over. she looked like she didn’t even wanna be there or even bother with us. the food was off tasting and the worst i’ve had from anywhere. not even mid. just bad, horrible. the arcade games are okay, you get to play a lot for what you pay for, yet the games are rigged and you get shorter time to play each one. probably won’t be coming back here.

  This was our first time going to this location… When we arrived they spun me around all over a gift card, which was my first time using one. The kiosk does not take gift cards. And the winners circle told me they can’t do eat and play combo. When I came back up to the front, the lady was so rude, “oh you didn’t tell me you wanted the eat and play combo” Still stayed and got seated… the service was the worse I’ve experienced in a long time, it was not busy and I only saw my server go up to one other table who were up playing games and leaving their table numerous times. Refills took so long, we were almost done eating. I told her it was my son’s birthday that he wanted a certain dessert and my other son got a different dessert. She came over three times to ask what his name was then put the candle in the wrong dessert. The ribs were tough, couldn’t finish them, upon saying something and her apology, nothing was addressed. The crispy chicken ceasar salad was old lettuce, over dressed and the chicken was so over done and crispy, I had to cut off the ends. We’ve been to the Lehigh valley location when it was EXTREMELY BUSY and we still had a better experience. Just go and play the games. There’s the BBQ spot next door for dining.
