  First time at this location to celebrate a birthday. We had 8 people in our party. We made reservations to reserve a table ahead of time with ease. Table was ready even though we showed a half hour early. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Natasha was our waitress. Hopefully she is recognized for how awesome she was! She greeted us with a huge smile, gave recommendations on what to try, kept checking our table during our food and after. She was very prompt and a pleasure. Food was great, drinks tasted great as well. Overall this location is very clean. Only issue that arises were the games that were down. Great location and staff all around.

  Service is absolutely terrible. Spent almost 300$ on food and drinks and our server checked on us ONCE. We waited almost an hour after we got our food before she checked on us, we told her we needed drinks and she never came back. Even when playing games we had someone stay back to get us a second drink and maybe order more food . She still never came, we asked another server to help us find her and nothing. Finally seen her and flagged her down and at this point we were over it as well as 2 other tables near us. I know it's D&Bs but this service was THE WORST.

  The place was much better when it first opened. Lately a lot of games are broken with no indication until after you’ve used your credits. It’s very difficult finding staff to help with any issues. The gift shop area is typically unmanned with no way to request service to redeem tickets.

  Horrible worst experience child’s 21s birthday not a sprinkle of yes we booked the right place tiny small waitress horrible manager just says ok ur ten year old still has no food after the waiter took the order twice 45 mins later hes the only one not eating his meal is free we get a check for 402.00 arcade crowded police walking up on children standing behind young females just watching one officer walked up on my son like hey let me help u fix this im standing right next to him I yell hey sir absolutely not don’t walk up in him touching him he’s like his head set loose chill out absolutely not I could had booked Walmart never coming back waste and rip off and unprofessional disgusting food microwaved wings no I’ll drive to my risk my life at the NY Dave and busters at least the food is good

  1st time visiting and had a great experience. Me and my son went on a Tuesday afternoon and it was nice and quiet. Dining atmosphere was really nice and loved that the booth was open on both sides so you can access arcade floor easily. Food was good. I got a half rack and fries. My son got the unlimited play with a meal, which was a great deal but he can only earn 1500 tickets max, that was so low and then only was able to play for fun. Everything was so clean. Highly recommend going on a weekday afternoon for a peaceful visit.
