At least here, i feel like i'm getting my money's worth. I ONLY do pickup and i'm there soon after i place my order. The price's are FAIR and best on the pizza market right now. You get a good portion for the money compared to spending $10-$30 ANYWHERE else. I like to have leftovers for the next day. This place is the best for that.

Manager called the driver who said it was a misunderstanding aka he didn’t have my correct pizza anymore. After going back & forth on the phone w/the manager, he said he would remake my pizza and have the driver bring it within 30mins. The replacement was NEVER delivered, no answer no follow up, kids waited for pizza till 8pm only to have to have pb&j’s for dinner. Contacted customer support online, was not refunded, only a generic coupon for another pizza. Why would I want to order again if this is the service to be expected?!

I tried calling the store several times to fix it, but the staff were rude and dismissive, one person even insisted the food was “hot” and then hung up on me when I tried to explain the problem. For a company that prides itself on quick delivery and customer satisfaction, this was unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and I suggest others think twice before doing so.
