When I got to the window the guy was no his phone and I waited about 2 minutes for him to get off his phone. He opened the window and I said I been waiting for you to get off the phone and he said thats not his problem. And waited another 10 mins for my cold food. Seems like this has become a thing for Wendy's. Its sad. use to be my favorite fast food. Thanks Wendy's. Will never go to a Wendy's again.

Went through the drive thru and he told me my total was 18 something. Man working the window was very rude and couldn't even count. Snapped at me when I was trying to order, didnt even say anything to me when I reached the window... He took my $20 and gave me 65 CENTS back. I stared at it and knew he should of at least gave me a dollar and change. So he didnt say anything just turned away. I didnt say have a good night or anything either cause he just stole my change. I wonder how many people he does this too. I will never go back there and I suggest you dont either unless you like awful service and over paying
