The inside was crowded with patrons waiting for their orders and others placing orders. I had to wait about 45 minutes for my order of two burgers and fries. Saw a couple waiting about 30 minutes for their order which came out with cold fries and missing item. A man, who placed his order inside, returned from his car to get sauce that was to be included his order. He waited over five minutes to get sauce handed to him while the employee put more fries on. SMH!!! Watched as other customers attempted to get drinks from machines that were NOT functioning properly and/or empty. SMH!!! When my order was about ready and fries getting ready to place in my bag, I called back to employee that I wanted hot fries, which happened to come out just at that time. I heard no less than four customers state they would never return to this McDonald's again. I don't know if their hands were cold or not, but employees should NOT be touching another's bare back while working. Then, not washing their hands and proceeding to work. AND DON'T LET ME FORGET TO MENTION THAT AFTER EATING MY MEAL, I FOUND SOMEONE'S FAKE, WHITE FINGERNAIL INSIDE MY BAG!!! UGH!!! DISGUSTING!!! And to think I stopped here as I thought I would get better service. NOT!!! McDonald's, you need to have additional training done for this location. And you can't start soon enough!!! You're better than this McDonalds, aren't you!?!?!?
