Order to pick up. Got there after it said it was ready. Had two different staff ask me for my name, then, when they saw my order wasn't ready, they just walked away and didnt tell me another. 20 mins after it said my order was ready, I got my order. Then, I get back to work because I was on my lunch break. Open the bag, completely wrong order. Lazy service. Feel bad for the other guy who got his order wrong because I got his order.

Honestly, I don't recommend this place. They don't have cutlery and everything is very dirty. I don't know if it's due to a lack of staff or if it's just the norm. I would give it zero stars if I could.
You have to keep asking for more rice, more of everything, because they give you so little and they get annoyed. They should improve all of that since it's in a busy Sinceramente, no recomiendo este lugar. No tienen cubiertos y todo está muy sucio. No sé si es por falta de personal o si es lo normal. Le daría cero estrellas si pudiera.
Tienes que pedir más arroz, más de todo, porque te dan muy poco y se molestan. Deberían mejorar todo eso, ya que está en una zona concurrida.

Usually big fan today not even close.placed order online as usual and picked up.. ordered chips and guacamole got literally 17 chips yes I counted. The steak in my bowl all but 6 pieces were either pure fat or so hard I couldn't bite into it. There was less than half a serving of rice in both bowls ordered and they couldn't even take the time to mash up the avocado I had 3 huge slices in mine. Not happy with this visit at all

they have a half of a scoop for all of the portions, they where out of do many things, the workers were extremely rude and they didn’t fold my burrito correctly to the point where all the contents fell out in the bag, before we went to eat it in the store.
I’ve given this Chipotle multiple chances, and every visit has been worse than the last. On 2/19, I stood in line for 15 minutes only to find out they were out of almost everything — no rice, no meat, no chips. I even heard an employee tell another customer that the chips were “only for online and DoorDash orders.”
I went back tonight hoping things had improved. Same situation, different day. No steak, no brown rice, no fajita vegetables, and the employee kept listing more items they didn’t have. I ended up leaving because it was ridiculous.
A few weeks ago, I placed a mobile order and my beans were ice cold — not lukewarm, but refrigerator cold.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the Murrysville location is consistently stocked, the workers listen, and the experience is actually smooth. If they can run a Chipotle correctly, there’s no excuse for this location to be this chaotic every single time.
