    People here are unqualified to wrap a burrito this place is awful the rice was hard the chicken was chewy and the drinks were all watered down and flat my burrito wasn’t even wrapped all the way and made a massive mess on the table Sour cream combustion Hair in my cup as well Wipe the location Pitiful

    Employees were preoccupied with legit work, however,when I was FINALY acknowledged, the customer service was as if these employees are working under duress. Over charged for products not ordered; when I addressed the over charge it was corrected immediately. I have been to many Chipotle locations. This is by far THE WORST. BASIC people skills would go a long way to support the mission.

    Went in when it wasn’t busy, I ordered ahead on the Chipotle app. My food had been marked ready for pickup in the app at 6:40pm. The food was not actually ready for 15 more minutes. No one let me know my food was ready, I had to give my name and ask for my food 3 separate times.
