  Today is the second time in the last couple of weeks that I ordered through the app for in-store pickup, only to arrive and find the door locked. I had to spend 10-15 minutes sitting in line in the drive through to get it. I ordered in-store pickup so that I wouldn't have to spend all that time in the drive through. The guy claimed the AC was out, and will be for a couple more weeks. Seriously? You don't need AC in PA in the middle of February. It wasn't too hot in the kitchen for the employees, which should be hotter than the dining room. I say nonsense. I told him they should turn off in-store ordering on the app. He said they can't. Nonsense. They've done it before, as have other places. There are some serious problems with the way this store is being managed. If you don't want to wait, go somewhere else.

  The sliders I got were smaller than normal and very dry. The chicken was hard on the edges.

  Order the 2 for 7 and both sandwiches were horrible the buns was stale lettuce was brown we couldn't even eat it if I would have know this would have checked my sandwiches in drive thru! The only thing that was good was fries!

  What is up with every Arby's location having sticky floors and slow service? The staff were very slow to make taking approximately 15 minutes. Very poor service. No sauces in the dispenser. I don't think I'll ever visit a Arby's again. No matter what location. The food was decent even though it took 15 minutes. $30 for lunch that was slow and your shoes stuck to the floor. No thanks

  Second time in 2 weeks I have tried this Arby location. Both times I ordered the Gyro. Although the taste of the product was good and service was pleasant. Both times the amount of meat on the sandwich was really small. Arby adversities they have the meat. But That is not true on the Gyro, just enough to cover the bread and it does not make it to the ends. Skimpy on the meat on the Gyro, I would not recommend this sandwich select another type. It used to have meat so you could barely close it when eating now you can roll it up and then you have to look for the meat. Disappointed in this sandwich and the lack of meat on it.
