Absolute dump. Floor is nasty and sticky, sauce containers are empty, staff are rude and act like they’re doing you a favor by taking your order (and no apology after they mess it up. Waited 15 minutes for my order and there was nobody else in the store and hardly anyone at the drive through. I will never return here again.

Long waits in the drive thru for no apparent reason and this happens every time I have stopped here. Will not go here again.

If I could leave a zero, I would. I ordered mozzarella sticks with many other items thru the drive thru. When I got home, there was no marinara sauce. I called and spoke to the manager. She said it was my responsibility to make sure the sauce was with my order, and she wasn't going to do anything to compensate me. Because I didn't do my job Checking to make sure they did their job, there'snothingthat can be done. Don't Go here. I won't EVER shop here again. NEVER. I used to come here often and spend a lot of money. NEVER AGAIN!! Because I have to do their job. I don't pay to do their job. I was more upset because the manager told me it was my fault that I didn't get my sauce. My fault.

Today is the second time in the last couple of weeks that I ordered through the app for in-store pickup, only to arrive and find the door locked. I had to spend 10-15 minutes sitting in line in the drive through to get it. I ordered in-store pickup so that I wouldn't have to spend all that time in the drive through. The guy claimed the AC was out, and will be for a couple more weeks. Seriously? You don't need AC in PA in the middle of February. It wasn't too hot in the kitchen for the employees, which should be hotter than the dining room. I say nonsense. I told him they should turn off in-store ordering on the app. He said they can't. Nonsense. They've done it before, as have other places. There are some serious problems with the way this store is being managed. If you don't want to wait, go somewhere else.
