  Went in to get a three point bowl, rice, beans, cheese (corporate says cheese is 1 point, but some stores count it as two for this very reason). That's wrong in my opinion. I was charged for a veggie bowl. That's more expensive. If I wanted the guacamole or more vegetables, it would be a veggie bowl. If it fits under the classification three pointer, it should be charged as such. When it was rung up, I said it didn't sound right. After I realized it was wrong, I went back in to inform the employee he over charged me. He stood his ground on it. Not very good customer service

  Whoever is in charge of salting the chicken gotta chill. Almost threw my bowl out because it’s all I could taste

  I went to go pick up an order and told the cashier the name. Apparently someone had already grabbed it off the shelf and instead of telling me, he stood at the counter along with another Cashier and pretended like I wasn’t there. So if you want food made by a bunch of scared children, this is the place for you

  The person with the glasses puts a small amount of food and charges extra for what should be a regular plate. We as customers should have transparency for what and the amount we’re paying for and it not be up to the discretion of someone who’s serving us.
