  I came out of town to get a drink and I waited over 10 minutes and all the workers that's keep looking at me like I was nobody not a single person help out wouldn't wait on me to take my order or nothing and that's like disrespectful I would never recommend this McDonald's ever again

  Wait times are horrible. I have never been given the food at the window, you always pull down. The wait times here are getting out of control.

  This time of day (4pm-8pm)at this specific location seems to have trouble maintaining quality food and the speed of service is ridiculous. I can understand when there are cars wrapped around the building in drive thru and the parking lot is quite full but I mean even when there are very few cars in the drive thru and maybe 1 or 2 in the parking lot I still am asked ro either park in drive thru 1 or 2 or go park in one of the curb side spots takes anywhere from 15mins to 40plus minutes to get 3 burger kids meals and the contents are far from fresh at all. Why have I been waiting to only receive ice cold stale food for my children to eat!!!!! This is the absolute worst McDonald's service and it continues to get worse. I asked tonight why it took so long and was told that at this time of night it gets pretty busy. BUSY!!! HOW CAN YOU EVEN SAY THAT WHEN THERE ARE LITERALLY 2 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT AND NO ONE BEHIND ME IN THE DRIVE THRU YET WAS TOLD TO GO PARK IN DRIVE THRU 1 STALL AND WAIT OVER 10MINS FOR COLD FOOD AND A COMPLETE LIE ON HOW BUSY IT IS?!?!?
