  Very bad experience ordering here. The website said my order was ready, I got there to find they hadn’t even started. I then watched as they made my pizza and set it on the rack while not a single one of the six employees acknowledged my existence for over 15 minutes. I could not get their attention as most had earbuds in and they were constantly yelling at each other. I know 15 minutes may not sound like a long time, but it feels like an eternity while you’re watching your overpriced pizza get cold behind the counter while you’ve already had to wait an extra 10 minutes after the site said it was ready. I’ve had similarly poor experiences here before and don’t know why I decided to go back, it was certainly a mistake. If you can just order from the one in Lewisburg. It’s way better and I haven’t had to deal with the same wait times there.

  Awful experience. We ordered delivery and the driver did NOT handle our food with care. Boxes smashed and wet. Store was only less than 5 minutes away and for some reason they were up in new columbia stopped somewhere and took 20 + minutes to deliver our food. Do not go here, this is why i go to lewisburg dominos.

  Rarely ever do I have issues with my order and if I do they always make it right. Always delicious food, highly recommend this Domino's!

  Went there about a week ago, had a mishap with my order went back in tonight for my normal order and got the best service from the manager on nightshift

  Terrible, I did it online. I dislike their website, it's difficult to find what I want. I ordered two medium pizzas for a total of $20.11. It was supposed to be ready in 12 minutes. It took that long to drive there, and I still had to wait at least another 15 minutes. I took it home to eat, and they were large pizzas. One was as I ordered, the other was wrong. The following day I looked at the receipt he gave me and it was $40.77! They also sold me a soda that I didn't order, for $2.49! What BS. I went to complaint and the guy basically wouldn't even listen to me. I explained that I did not get what I ordered and he kept insisting that I did. To make matters worse, he basically called me a liar. Wrong move. I lost my temper at that point and he responded by not talking with me, even walking to the back of the room. I left but went back in wanting to take with the manager. HE is the manager, Charlie Axtman. What a sorry excuse. I tried to show him the receipt he gave me and the receipt on my phone showing the problem. All he did after calling me a liar was to repeatedly tell me that I got what I ordered. I finally walked out, but I am most assuradely not finished. I will find a way to contact Domino's corporate and complain. I will NEVER go back.
