  This location consistently misses items and gets items wrong. You order chicken, they give you beef. If you cannot eat beef, then it's in the garbage and waste money. Check your bags, your order is likely missing something or something is incorrect. If you have a food allergy, check before you bite. It might save your life.

  I asked the cashier if the food I was ordering had a corn or wheat tortilla shell. I was told corn. It was not. I have celiac disease, I am forced to eat gluten-free. I became violently ill. The company needs to educate their employees about celiac disease and what is gluten-free and what is not. The restaurant was very cold. There were people eating in their vehicles because of that.

  Extremely frustrating experience at Taco Bell. I needed to clean a high chair and table for my child, and they didn’t even have proper surface sanitizer available. Instead, I was handed Germex and a napkin… seriously? That’s not how you clean eating surfaces—especially for kids. Honestly, it makes you wonder—if there’s no surface sanitizer for the dining area, how are things being cleaned in the kitchen??? I even reached out to Taco Bell corporate about this and never heard back. At this point, I’m left with no choice but to take this to reviews and social media. Really disappointed. Basic cleanliness and customer care should not be this hard.

  Yesterday between 7-8 I came through drive thru one of my cheesy bean rice burrito was messed up no problem i came in spoken to the manager about it she re-made my burrito for me apologize to me about the mistake and gave me 2 free taco for the inconvenient. She was professional and such a sweetheart I don't remember her name I just want to say thank you so much dear ..

  let me just start off by saying im vegetarian and told the tacobell lady and they gave me a chicken quesadilla and i was rung up as that to! when i specifically asked for a cheese quesadilla.. that’s disgusting and rude to say at least. I also ordered a large nacho fries that were COLD! along with a large half tea half unsweetened tea there was chunks of stuff floating im my drink. and mind you i waited 20 mins for me to waste all my hard earned money on food and get treated like that.
