On top of that, her behavior toward me was extremely unprofessional. The way she spoke came across as hostile and dismissive, and she clearly had an attitude rather than making any effort to be courteous or helpful. This location also appears to be severely understaffed, which likely contributes to the overall poor experience. That does NOT excuse the lack of professionalism, customer service, or accuracy. This place needs better management!!!! 🤦♀️

I asked for 25 munchkins and the guy just thru them in a bag. I asked him don’t they go in a box and he said no. I told him that was very cheesy that I always got them in a box. It is very embarrassing when you go over someone’s house and hand them a bag of munchkins.
