One word to describe this location: inconsistent. Employees seem untrained since they make day one mistakes like covering the hinge with ingredients. Everyone at this location needs retrained in basic sandwich construction.

do not ever order online to pick up 100% of the time it will be incorrect And they will never answer their phones When you call in to inform them of the mistakes. I do not ever write reviews like this, but this is the fourth time ordering of a sub and a salad and they both are completely wrong. We never ordered no more than 2 to 3 subs at a time so the orders are not large. We have been missing such things as the meat, the vegetables the sauce or they will give you the wrong meats and cheeses with all the correct vegetables. We no longer will be using the online services as it is 100% wrong every time. And these are not just minor Inconveniences like just missing sauce or missing one vegetable. It is multiple things every time with each sandwich.

The most pathetic business I ever visited, the food was fine but they accidentally overcharged me $5.06 and the employees weren't authorized to refund me due to no manager being there. This is a new level of stupidity to me !!!

Food was standard subway experience. The staff was not .Would rather have been glued to their phone than wait on the customers.
