- AMAlexis MillerFeb 3, 20261.0I have gone there for the last 2 days. I have a dairy allergy, I have asked them to substitute the milk with oatmilk twice. I said "please dont add milk" and they completely disregard it and add milk anyways.
- SSSmkJan 20, 20265.0My first stop here .Staff was very friendly , my order was ready promptly . I got a medium coffee , a ham .& Swiss croissant. Both great . Very clean inside and out . Great stop

Maybe a few coffees too weak but, I have never gone in there to tell them it wasn't right and they have always fixed it with a smile and a "So sorry about that, we will fix that right up!". Definitely the plus side of a small town staff.
- RSRobert SmithJan 6, 20261.0DOG LOVERS BEWARE: They are anti-dog. Tried to get our dog a pup cup and they refused to even SELL us a cup of whipped cream for our dog. I have never been to a coffee shop/drive thru that didnt offer some sort of treat for when your dog is tagging along. They acted like we were a problem for even asking. Will avoid this dunkin in the future. Not really a big loss, most times we have stopped here and placed any kind of large order it ALWAYS gets messed up. We have got things there that we didn't even order. They have been open long enough that they should have it together but thats clearly not the case. Do yourselves a favor and go to DC or you'd be better off going to sheetz for coffee honestly .

She went up and apologized, and they gave her awful looks and gave her the supplies and made her clean everything.. I mean she was willing too and it was her mess, but she shouldn’t have had too that’s what the employees get paid by the hour for..Safe to say I won’t be coming back EVER no respect, no cleanliness, and certainly not good customer service!
