  Falsely advertising free frosty if they forgot your receipt. April 5 at 1150am they not only forgot our receipt but an entire order of chicken tenders and refused to honor the free frosty even though we had to drive back to get half our forgotten order. Most times, too, they'll park you here for no reason while multiple cars behind you will all get their food.

  Mixed hot and spicy nuggets in with regular and my granddaughter was furious didn't catch till we got home not happy

  The photo attached is a burger that the employee insisted that they didn't mess up. Missing a nugget order, fries half filled, burgers cold, and 28 minutes waiting in the drive thru. But they didn't miss a thing. I called corporate to complain about the wait time. When I got home and started fishing out the food, I realized they screwed up half the order. I called the location to inform them and was immediately chastised because I filed a complaint to corporate before even tasting my food. I was spoke over top of, and hung up on. I called back. The manager was nice but passive. By the way, the burger in the photo is suppose to be a single patty, cheesy bacon cheeseburger. It does not come with mayo or ketchup. It is supposed to have more than a slice of cheese. It's not to be a double patty. But they insisted they got the order right. Slow service, cold food due to sitting, and incorrect order and you want to chastise your patrons. Good job Wendy's.

  Was rushed with my order, cut off and told to come to the 2nd window before I was even finished. Then given attitude. Was expected to put 6 drinks in my car without a cup carrier and when I asked for one Was given attitude and an eye roll.
