  Honestly if I could leave a zero star review I would. My husband and I ordered on the app and noticed we were missing an item when we got home. That’s fine, that was our fault. The issue is my husband stood at the counter for 30 mins and I had to CALL TWICE in order to get him help. They seemed super annoyed and the manager is the one who answered the phone. Seems that now the place is run by kiosks no one wants to interact with people. I get it no one likes working a shitty 9-5 dealing with customers all day who don’t always have great attitudes but the customer survive there needs a lot of work. I hope corporate gets involved and sends a GM or RM because this is INSANE. Do better.

  Worst wait for a burger. I’d give it zero stars if that was an option. Confusing ordering. Staff dragging the feet and snappy. Don’t go here

  Service rushed and order was completely wrong. The manager seemed annoyed when he handed me my food... The old location from down the street was much better with its service and orders.

  horrible- no one there, wait forever for 3 double cheeseburgers with only ketchup and they are loaded with onions. Call for a refund and crazy that I paid on the app with a card and they won’t refund. and fast- food workers want to be paid better?! 2nd order, completing wrong at this new location by Wawa in Middletown
