Lady manager said what you wanted is a frappe. No, what I wanted is what I ordered. Iced mocha. Comes with whipped cream and drizzle. I am an everyday McDonald’s coffee person, well I was!

Ordered a smoothie got half of one with just ice cubes, previously got incorrectly made tea, once got strawberry milkshakes as opposed to smoothies. Just repetive errors with the order or just lack of effort into said orders.
