Overall, in my experience, i can confidently and honestly say that from the start of my girlfriend going there in 2020, til present it has been the worst, most unprofessional, careless and carefree workplace I've ever seen. Between the constant, ever-changing, inconsistent group of employees that cycle through, majority being immature, careless, poor people skills, the yelling, boisterous and obnoxious behavior. I don't normally go this thorough but I just can't wrap my head around how my girl can consistently buy the same drink day in and day out for over 3 years but yet 75% of the time she has to return her drink because it's made wrong or doesn't have the amount of espresso she payed for in it. Not even the tip of the iceberg but I've made my point.
