  I get it it’s fast food but my sandwich was literally ice cold. If I didn’t pull out of the drive thru I would have thrown the sandwich out in the parking lot for the birds, which I doubt they would eat the thing. They would probably break there beaks trying to peck it. Disgusted and won’t be back

  I am so turned off from this dunkin! First of all, I went in there with my client. And the lady behind the counter was not very friendly and was borderline rude to me for asking questions about what ingredients were in one of their new featured drinks. And then I asked her, if I got a free donut for my birthday and she proceeded to tell me that no I did not due to the new management changes.And the new management was making a lot of changes that she wasn't very fond of. And then we sat down to eat my donut was hard as a rock. And I ended up throwing it away. But what really took the cake was that when I was going to leave?The manager asked me if I was going to pay for the cup.Which I did in my first and only transaction! So the fact that he didn't just ask his employee, that just rang me out and actually accused me of stealing.It was just absolutely crazy to me. Because I was there with my client on the clock. I just proceeded to show him my receipt but I will never bring any of my clients to that Dunkin ever again I will happily drive all the way to selinsgrove and go to the dunkin there.

  I have well warranted mixed feelings about this place. Overall, in my experience, i can confidently and honestly say that from the start of my girlfriend going there in 2020, til present it has been the worst, most unprofessional, careless and carefree workplace I've ever seen. Between the constant, ever-changing, inconsistent group of employees that cycle through, majority being immature, careless, poor people skills, the yelling, boisterous and obnoxious behavior. I don't normally go this thorough but I just can't wrap my head around how my girl can consistently buy the same drink day in and day out for over 3 years but yet 75% of the time she has to return her drink because it's made wrong or doesn't have the amount of espresso she payed for in it. Not even the tip of the iceberg but I've made my point.
