  Been there three times so far one of the times I was there they had the guy all by himself and he did a good job on my pizza when the wait time wasn't too bad about to head there forth.

  Very happy with this location. I really like the new New York style. It's quite delicious. They're pretty nice here and the pizza is good. Take out only.

  I had placed a large food order for an event for the wrong day and was in a huge panic. I called the Pizza Hut on city Ave and within 15 minutes they took care of my order and delivered 9 pizzas for our event. The manager was friendly, helpful and thoughtful. I couldn’t have found a better solution without his help. I will definitely order from here in the future. Excellent Customer service when you need it most……….priceless!

  We got the pepperoni, New Yorker, and even though it didn’t remind us of the Pizza Hut crust that we are used to, that could just be because of the style of the pizza. However, it was still delicious and the service and location is just top-notch and convenient for us! I am so happy that this location opened up!

  This Pizza Hut location on City Ave in Merion Station, PA has good food and the food is prepared in a reasonable amount of time. The front of house staff just seem a little on edge and I was the only person waiting for food at the time. I was given a ten minute wait for the food to be ready to be picked up. So I left to check something in my car and I've came back in like 5 minutes and the staff members said something to me with a rude tone of voice saying "The food isn't ready yet" I told her I know "No worries, I rather be here and ready then miss out on the food being ready early." When the food was ready the staff member just gave me 3 small boxes and a drink with no bag. Any Pizza Hut place always puts your small food items in a bag. It just seems that I was rushed out of the store. I go to alot of stores and no one's tone of voice was like this anywhere. Especially not a Pizza Hut. I'll order again but maybe don't show up too early the next time. I was on 10 minutes early on the food check with me not rushing the staff about getting the food.
