I thought the experience of taking the pizza back for correction would be a headache, but the entire store staff (manager, cashier & pizza prep employee) was super sweet and offered me a new pizza immediately, without hassle. I wish I got everyone’s name last night so I could thank them personally. That small gesture ended my day on a mich better note. Thank you, Merion Station PH staff. ❤️✨

We ordered honey BBQ wings with our order and they arrived with little to no sauce. Quite literally dry chicken nuggets. When I called the store to request a refund the person I spoke with said “if you received the nuggets I can’t give you a refund.” The only other solution she offered was for us to come to the store ourselves to pick up the sauce. When I asked to speak to someone above her to try and resolve the situation she responded “I am the manger honey. There is no one else.” An unfortunate issue with the food that could have been easily resolved. But honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Would not recommend.
