  Ordered vegetarian bowl, and there were chicken chunks in it. It's so disappointing for a vegetarian person to be served non veg when one ordered pure vegetarian dish. And worst on top the manager says, mistake happens.

  Drive through slow -over 10 min wait. Nachos old and rancid. Chicken bowl full of over cooked flavorless rice. Not the best location

  Pop wasn't working right yet we paid for 5 of them. Nicely complained and got no refund.

  I ordered food to be ready later. According to the bag label they made it 45 minutes earlier that I had my pickup time set for. Everything was cold. They had all of the employees in the bathroom, my order wasn't at the counter like I requested it, and we had to wait for a wild employee to appear to get our food. Some of the chicken was overcooked and crunchy, nothing was the slightest bit warm and I will not revisit this location.
