Lynn Village Orchard is definitely a great place to visit in the fall season to really get into the spirit of autumn. There are so many activities to enjoy. I went during the weekend, and it was quite crowded, so if you don’t like crowds, I would recommend going on a weekday, as there were lines everywhere, especially in the food areas. First of all, the burgers were really good; I highly recommend the smash burger, and it’s affordable too. However, the blooming onions were disappointing lacking flavor and tasting simply like cooked oil. On the bright side, the Mexican street corn was great, and I was really happy with that. The beer garden had a nice selection, and I especially enjoyed the apple cider beer; it was definitely my favorite.
For dessert, I tried the viral apple sauce and ice cream drink and the apple cider donut. I'm generally more of a savory person, but surprisingly it was so good that I drunk a lot of it. If you could only get one item, the warm apple cider donut is a must; it's really delicious and perfect for colder weather. Now the apple cider it has no added sugar, and it was great so I happy about that. In regards to activities the hayride was short, but the one we choice it included a s'mores section that made it worth it. Overall, the food options had mostly hits with a few misses, but the atmosphere and drinks made up for it.
I would definitely say it’s worth paying the dollar for the playground, as the kids had a blast and loved every moment. The hay bales, monkey bars, and space to run around were great touches as well. Some kids in our group participated in apple blasting and loved it, and they thought the corn maze was fun too. One thing to note is that most activities require an additional fee, so be mindful of that. However, everything is relatively affordable. Overall, the experience was worth the cost, and the kids had a great time enjoying all the available activities at the playground. It's a perfect spot for families to spend a fun-filled day together without breaking the bank, and it could also make for a fun date night.
Hey everyone, normally when I go to Linvilla I have a blast this time round not so much. I went on Saturday Nov 15, 2025 and unfortunately a lot of things were shut down. Also it just looked very bare this day. Not sure why this was but normally there are more food and drink vendors, and is more eventful. So I was saddened by this and it just seemed very dull this day. Also, Linvilla should play some music because it was too quiet and the music would have helped set the tone. Also there were no hayrides going on at this time and we came in the afternoon, so again not sure why that was. Please do better next time Linvilla. Also, yall prices are wild. Inflation is real but it doesn’t mean you have to follow along. No reason one single Apple cider donut should be $1.50 and then an Apple cider donut float is more than $10. The math ain’t mathing and here’s the thing, normally I don’t complain about price but this time I am and all I’ll say is, PLEASE DO BETTTR! Thank you in advance :)

Advice: Bring cash and quarters to feed the animals!! They get you by the ATM!
Cons: Long lines for just about everything. 2 Port a John's for this money making place and one actual bathroom facility for both genders for the 20 years I've been going here as a kid is insane. Do better.
How to get better? Invest in bigger bathrooms, having multiple port a John's all around to lessen the numbers and hand sanitizer, replaced. Toilet paper refilled when needed periodically, and 2 more port a John's that are already placed where the other 2 are, but away from food. Given health and hygienic concerns. Have a bigger bathroom facility. Having line coordinators so people can move where there is an open space and it expedits the process for the customers.
Overall: Can't go wrong with this place year round. Nice to be with friends and family always here.

Take hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes! I loved the idea behind this! Lots of activities and great for families with children of all ages. Be prepared for crowds and lines. Would recommend you buy tickets online for the activities! They have to make improvements. The biggest issue I had was bathroom access. There’s not enough bathrooms so they had a few porta-potties but they were not clean. The line for the bathroom was outrageous. If my kids would have been smaller they would have had an accident. The low stars is based on the bathrooms. This is unsanitary, leading to sickness.

Lynn Villa isn’t just an orchard — it’s a full-on family adventure farm with plenty to enjoy! We usually start our visit with the “pick-your-own” apple experience, followed by a must-have round of their delicious, freshly made apple cider donuts.
Our kids love the $1 entry Fun Park, which has great climbing structures and space for them to run around. Next, we head over to the Apple Cannon shooters and the hay bale maze — always a hit! We also enjoy spending time with the animals, which you can view and feed.
We wrapped up our day with their wood-fired pizza, which was both tasty and surprisingly quick to arrive. Before leaving, we stopped by the market to pick out pumpkins for carving and grab a few extra treats to take home.
All in all, Lynn Villa Orchards is the perfect place for a fun-filled fall day. We’ll definitely be back next year!
(I hope to do the fishing next year).
