The store was already closed, so I couldn’t turn around. I called the next morning to request a fresh remake of the same order — not a refund — simply because the food had fallen onto the ground. This should have been a very simple courtesy to resolve. Instead, Jeff, who identified himself as the manager, made the situation unnecessarily difficult. He questioned the request, gave me a hard time on the phone, and ultimately refused to remake the order or offer any reasonable solution. All I expected was a basic level of customer care: an apology for the inconvenience and a fresh order in exchange for the one that fell. That’s standard practice and well within what a manager should be able to handle. I’m submitting this because the interaction did not reflect the professionalism or customer service expected from someone in a managerial role. Thank you, Sarah Iceland
