  In the womens bathroom, the one lock for the barhroom door is broke, so you cant close the door to potty

  I still like the food here, but the PRICES! I bought dinner for 3 of us, and it cost $45! And don't get me started about the stupid kiosks! Nobody will even look your way unless you shout for them first. I love Taco Bell, but they have pretty much ruined the customer experience! 😢

  3/19/26 @ 5:00 PM The young lady behind the counter (shift manager, I believe) was very accommodating when I messed up my order. Shout out to her and the staff, they made my corrected order super fast. Food was great.

  Friendly staff, food is good and fast. I ordered through the app and accidentally ordered at the wrong location even though I ordered from my intended store’s parking lot. After realizing what happened, I drove to this location where my food was sitting for a while. I mentioned what happened and a staff member said “We’re going to remake this for you.” This staff goes above and beyond and also seemed like a fun upbeat atmosphere behind the counter. I just wish this was the closest Taco Bell to where I live.

  I had a fantastic experience today at Taco Bell located on Carlisle Pike! I encountered a small issue with my app order, but Manager Alex and her boss Jared went above and beyond to fix it immediately. They were both incredibly professional and helpful. While I was waiting for the resolution, they even offered me a complimentary drink, which was completely unexpected and showed great customer care. Thank you for turning a minor issue into a 5-star service experience!"
