- CKCarmen KellerApr 20, 20261.0Worst experience ever. Ordered with an ok experience. My husband watched a service member make our food with a tissue hanging out of his nose. A nose bleed. He did have gloves on. When mentioned at the table we couldn't stomach eating it. We were going to just leave but with just paying 76 dollars we couldn't do that. When the manager was informed he did refund our bill minus the drinks we had. He then turned to the service member and started smirking. No removal of a person bleeding over food. I dont know how this industry has changed so much. This is not ok!!!!

The first thing was, that we ordered a milk shake, we got our food and we're told to have a good night. I spoke up and showed my receipt that we were still waiting for a milkshake. The young kid called out for someone to make it and another young kid sighed. "Fine". They just seemed like we were a big inconvenience. Then when we got home and opened our bags, the fries were either old or way over cooked. They weren't even edible they were so tough. I've never had an issue with five guys, so I didn't check them before we left, I guess I need to start. We paid so much money for this food and it wasn't even edible. I think it'll be a while before we go back.
