  Worst Taco Bell I have ever been too! Food is always cold doesn’t taste good. Employee are always rude I much rather go to one at capital city mall much friendlier and food taste so much better at that one .

  Managers and employee complaining about how Uber drivers need to speak English and not Spanish or Chinese. Super unprofessional. Don't want anyone losing their jobs. leadership of this unit just need some coaching. Date of visit 10:15am 2/27/26

  For every single item on my online pickup order, I replaced the meat with beans and requested no cheese or sour cream. I do not eat any animal products or meat. I bit into my bean burrito, and immediately could tell something was wrong. There was one singular large piece of chicken in my burrito. I was disgusted and horrified. How does that even happen? Did it somehow fall in, or did someone in the kitchen think it would be funny to put that in an obviously vegan order?

  The night shift was amazing, they were so sweet so kind and I absolutely loved it there. After a rough day at work it was so nice to get such a pleasant experience out of the staff, I know how hard it can be working in the fast food service and I think they deserve a raise. The lady and gentleman that I spoke to were the most amazing and helpful people I have spoken to at a fast food restaurant. Truly amazing

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I went through the drive thru this morning around 10am on my way to work. When I pulled up to the window the MANAGER that was working was talking rather loud and let me tell you some of the wonderful things he was saying… “These people obviously don’t have jobs and just eat taco bell getting fat” and “This isn’t Burger King. You can’t have it your way. Just eat it how it comes”…. I indeed did confront this wonderful man and all the nasty things he was saying and al I got out of him was that he was “sick” and “ok”. I CANNOT wait to pull my dashcam footage and post this awful man all over the internet. Do better Taco Bell… hiring some real winners…
