  Ordered delivery, tipped $10, didn't knock just quietly put the stuff outside the door in 10 degree weather and left. Second time they knocked but left 3rd party bible thumper paraphernalia in my order....

  We looked forward to a quick dinner tonight at our local Papa John’s, and while the staff were friendly and welcoming, I was disappointed to observe a number of hygiene issues that I believe need attention. At pickup the register staff were handling money, wiping sweat off their brows, and were pizza-twirling none of whom appeared to be wearing gloves. I also noticed that gentleman with long hair were wearing only hats, no hair nets, and there didn’t seem to be any protection for loose hair in the food-prep area.. I understand that everyone is busy and working hard, and again the staff were kind and efficient—but given that proper hygiene is such a core part of food safety, it would make me feel much more confident if all staff handling food or customer-facing tasks were wearing gloves when appropriate, and if loose hair was fully restrained or covered by nets. I love your pizza and hope to continue coming back—just hoping to see these small improvements for peace of mind.

  The pizza was dry, hardly any sauce and hardly any cheese, they couldn’t have made it in a skimpier way. Asked for chicken and bacon and could barely find any on the pizza. Don’t waste your money.
