  Look i’m sorey but past 3 times i have been there melissa is working the window and i order a meal. Melissa tries to hand me my drink only and says “have a nice day” without handing me my food, then closes the window. When i sit there she opens it up like nothings wrong and i ask for my bag of food right next to her and she acts like its not mine, like shes trying to hold it off. Today i got a large drink and meal. She handed me a kids cup and again said “have a nice day” and proceeded to abruptly close the window before i can ask about the rest of my order. She is completely unprofessional.

  Update: I went back and they gave the food. The kids were happy but I still do not recommend this mcds. They thought I was lying even tho I had the receipts plus apps. I had to show proof that when I called the store the phone was busy at that time.. There were people waiting 10-15 mins for their food because their order was wrong the first time. From the reviews this seems to be their norm. I ordered a big mac meal, kids meal extra fries, Spicy mcchicken meal, mcdouble meal deal.. We waited like 10 minutes and the manager came out with our food.. Some how a whole meal (spicy mcchicken) & no fries were included in any of the meals not even in the happy meal! So they took the $24 and only gave us sandwiches, burnt nuggets, and no fries . Everyone looked miserable.. The food wasn’t for me personally but noone got what they ordered

  McDonald's this one was different I swear. Prices too high it's hard to justify even for the convenience.

  Takes forever to get your food if you dine in. Waited at least 15mins to receive food and once it was received food was cold, missing, or messed up. Their always out of sauces, they dont keep a ketchup dispenser out front or their tea. Front counter/mobile just pre bumps orders to get times down but it ends up with lost/forgetten orders that come out so late. The only thing this place is good for is the playplace, but even than tables are dirty and trash is lying about. The one down the road on shadow oaks is way better.

  Went inside to place and collect my order and when I got home my burger was missing. I called to let them know and they asked me to come back to get the burger. I walked in and everyone is just standing at the back talking amongst themselves I stood there for about 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged my presence and they remade the burger but no apology no consideration of my time or gas spent to come back. Absolutely pathetic staff and service
