I’m posting this review in hopes it reaches the franchise owner or corporate oversight, as the issues at this location appear to be systemic rather than isolated.
I’ve experienced repeated problems here, including incorrect orders, missing items, and a general lack of attention to quality. Normally, I understand that errors happen in food service and I simply move on without leaving a review. However, my most recent visit raised legitimate food safety and compliance concerns.
I ordered a sundae and, once home, discovered multiple long black hairs mixed directly into the ice cream. I contacted the store solely to make management aware so this could be addressed and prevented in the future. I did not request a refund or replacement.
The response from the manager on duty was troubling. She was dismissive, insisted I bring the product back, and when I explained it had already been discarded, made a snarky remark and ended the call. This interaction showed a lack of professionalism and an apparent disregard for standard food safety procedures, incident reporting, and customer care expectations.
Given my repeated experiences and the volume of similar feedback in recent reviews, this appears to be an issue related to management oversight, staff training, and adherence to company and food safety standards. I strongly encourage the franchise owner or district management to review this location’s operational practices, hygiene controls, and customer service protocols, as this experience raises concerns about compliance and brand standards.

The manager at this location is the worst. Very rude. Talks bad to costumers and employees. I went earlier today and there was a misunderstanding with the cashier, he was very nice about it but I wanted frys AND tenders. Fries where supposed to be free with purchase higher than a dollar. Again some misunderstanding with the cashier and I didnt get my tenders and wasn't charge anything okay cool. When I get to the window she had the worst attitude and lies on my face saying he asked you if you wanted the tenders and you said no. Like why would you lie... anyway very disgusting and spoke very rudely to the poor cashier and the window girl.

I like this McDonald’s it’s the closest to me , but I hate the dinning room and sometimes getting my food for a simple combo meal takes forever , like 15 min or more , the tables are always filthy , and even when I do curbside I end up waiting 10-15min

I ordered online and went to store and checked SA he confirmed my order and on table they forget my order about 20m . Other employee made new fresh for me. Customer service is bad . Employers need training
