this is absolutely absurd. I went and ordered breakfast at 10:50 AM. It takes me about 15 minutes to get to this location. When I go to pick up my food, they said that they cannot give it to me because it was not prepared due to a glitch in their app. I already paid for the food and the app said come in and pick it up. So I walk in to pick it up and they look at me like I have four eyes and refused to make my order although breakfast had only passed 5 to 10 minutes ago at this point. You should not be allowed to order or have the option to pick up if you can’t even pick up your food. I’m very unsatisfied. And I will not continue to go to this location again.

It's McDonalds, so it's nothing special but it's definitely something. I've only ever had a few issues when ordering such as receiving the incorrect order or missing sauces.

I went to this location due to its close proximity to my place of work. I had one hour for lunch and they wasted 10 minutes of my time and I left with no food. Sat there saying “hello” repeatedly into the drive through mic while they continued to take peoples orders in the other drive through lane. Drove around the building to try the other drive through lane, with the same response. After about 10 minutes of just trying to order food I gave up and left.
Returned today after a month of boycotting the place, and they tell me the code that i literally generated in front of them is invalid. Not only did they not honor the deal that was created by their own app, but did not even take the rest of my order and told me to pull forward. Needless to say i did not eat there, and went to Subway down the street that has phenomenal customer service.

Waited over half an hour and never got our food. Was told to go park in one of their spots to wait. No one ever came out, they kept giving everyone else their food through the drive through but ours, went in to find out they forgot about us!!! After 30 minutes of sitting out there!!! Un acceptable.
