Tonight, unfortunately, this wasn't my experience. I ordered @ 2031, and checked in @ 2037. When I get to the second window I'm told to pull up because they're waiting on fries. I wasn't in a rush then, so I didn't mind pulling up. Someone finally comes out with an order @ 2049, but what was handed to me was someone else's order. I waited 12 mins for an incorrect order. At 2050 another order comes out, I look in the bag to find items resembling what I ordered and I left without an apology for the wait nor the mixup. I usually eat my fries while in transit. Remember the fries I was waiting on? None of them were hot. The sandwiches had the correct labeled wraps with incorrect sandwiches in them. We ate what we had because we weren't delaying our hunger any longer.
