    Ordered online and received nothing on my sandwhich that i ordered- Even the stuff that is suppose to come on it standard wasnt on it. Not sure why they give you the option to customize either when they dont follow the customizations.

    Forgot the pickles. Sub was tiny. Told him “sure” when he asked if i wanted a receipt then he tried to not give me one. Place is a rip off. Same sub got noticeably smaller since last time i was in there

    Stopped in here for the first time today and was disappointed with my experience. There were only two employees working, and neither seemed enthusiastic or welcoming—no hello or acknowledgment when I walked in. While waiting at the register, I noticed a large serrated knife within easy reach of children, which was concerning. What really put me off was the lack of proper hygiene. The employee making my sub did not wash their hands or change gloves after handling the register, then went straight to preparing food. Using the same gloves that touched money and the register to make my sandwich was definitely off-putting. To top it off, the sandwich itself was underwhelming—tasted like something I could have made myself at home, nothing special. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable, and I likely won’t be returning.

    I placed an online order for two subs. I walked into the shop to pick up my order where both workers ignored my presence without saying a single word. I stood for a few minutes waiting until I saw the pickup shelf then grabbed my food and left. I did not tip if the workers are apathetic without a simple greeting.
