How does this even happen? They also don’t have items stocked and they leave holes in their shelves. They had no 35 pack Arcadia waters available because none was in their inventory. It was sad to see customers come to the isle and walk away disappointed at the lack of items.

They helped me to replace the missing item from my Direct Giant order in less than 5 minutes! Super friendly and polite, how an ideal customer service team should be!!!

I was shopping with my 6 year old autistic daughter and we went to the self checkout register, right beside the pharmacy. There was this rude teenage male worker that was just standing there watching me as if I was there to shoplift. There were few grocery bags and they needed to restock,So instead of him restocking the plastic bags he decided to just stand there and watch me,mind you there were other people at self check out. I was almost done paying with my card and that's when he decided to just come and get in front of me without saying excuse me to restock the plastic bags,So I told him that he needed to work on his manners as what he did was rude, So he became argumentative with me the customer, and was smirking when I asked to speak with his shift manager. This young man its very rude, has an attitude, likes getting argumentative with customer's and then smirks in customer's faces thinking it is funny. I really hope they let him go. People like him give Giant's A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPUTATION.
