- RSRoger SmithDec 15, 20252.0Order was missing the fries. Cheesesteak wasn't very good, bacon wasn't cooked all the way. Didn't realize this until we were home we were missing the fries. Couldn't call back because the phone number doesn't work for this location. Had to run back out there in snowy conditions just to get a refund for fries only because I didn't have the Cheesesteak with me for example of poor quality.

This gave them extra $2 over combo pricing. Doing this multiple times a day to scam extra hundred dollar profit. Service was mid. Restaurant was dirty. And after I asked him to fix it, he still messed up the order. Would not recommend.
