  They used to have good phone service but now if we call it rings just to listen their add promotion, ITS SAYS AT THE END SORRY NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AND DISCONNECT. After 17 calls in Mechanicsburg location. If you phone system are sloppy then replace it.

  If you ever want to experience what it feels like to enter a parallel universe where nothing makes sense and nobody has any idea what their job is, just walk into this Buffalo Wild Wings. It’s like the whole place is run by people who were hired on a dare. My food came out SO cold I thought the server had mistaken my table for a morgue and was delivering meals to the deceased. The wings had the texture of something that died twice, and the fries were so stiff you could use them as construction material. Honestly, I’ve seen warmer meals in hospital vending machines. The kitchen staff must be speedrunning “How Bad Can We Screw This Up?” because everything on my plate looked like it was part of a science experiment they abandoned halfway through. I don’t know what recipe book they’re using, but it feels like every page starts with “Step 1: Give Up.” And the service? Legendary. Our server moved with the urgency of someone underwater. Every time they approached the table, their face said, “Wait… what am I doing here?” I swear I saw more awareness in the lettuce on my plate than in the entire staff combined. This restaurant runs with the coordinated chaos of a group project where everyone assumed someone else was doing the work. It’s honestly impressive to witness — like a live performance art piece about failure. If you’re into cold food, zero service, and the vibe of a place run by people who left their brain cells in the break room, this is your spot.

  I visited Buffalo Wild Wings on Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg, PA with my family at 10 p.m. on November 15th, 2025. The sports bar was completely full, but Alison arranged a table for our group of six within 20 minutes. Our waitress served the beer and other drinks on time, though the Blue Moon was missing the usual orange slice. We ordered food, but it was served after about 50 minutes and arrived cold. It felt like the kitchen had prepared the food earlier but it wasn’t delivered promptly. We shared this feedback with our waitress, and the manager personally came over to apologize. After that, we ordered dinner again, and it was delivered hot and on time. However, the burger was missing tomato, ketchup, and lettuce. The rest of the food was good. Overall, I would give a 4-star rating. They should improve customer care and food delivery timing.

  Before coming here to eat food ,I had asked whether I can watch ufc 322 main card or not ! They said yes ,unfortunately I paid for food $100 and after preliminary card , they turned off it as they did not pay for main card ! I did not like it ! Honesty is important quality of any business! This place management team lacks this quality !

  I ordered my food via doordash, as I do not drive at night. I paid the upcharge for the food, and an additional delivery fee. The original order showed a delivery time of 7:35 - 7:50 Food arrived, FINALLY, at 8:42 Food, not a surprise, was ICE COLD Portions of chicken on the tacos was so small, I would not be able to feed my cat. I paid for and was missing the carrots and celery DONOT EVERT ORDER from this location It is not worth your time or money Completely RIDICULOUS Food sucks and speed of service is non-existent. Sad thing is, they do not care!!
