She was very polite but only dropped our drinks off then our food, we had to wait for refils and then had to sit for at least 5 minutes for her to bring our check then we had to wait another 5 for her to actually check us out mind you there was literally one other table and she wasnt even waiting on them.

(coming from someone who worked in the restaurant industry previously)….Server had two tables, ignored us for 30ish minutes and checked on us once only while walking away bc they passed our table and we made eye contact. Server was dry, short in any questions/explanations and did not address feedback. So disappointed as this chain is one of my favorites and I am not a picky person, just wanted to go out to dinner. Normally a big tipper but didn’t even know if I should that day.
