  Short-handed. Cooks don’t want people seated because they are overwhelmed. The hostess had to ask for permission to seat us (after a 9-hour road trip). Everyone was nice, but please get them some help (if that is the case). PS: Karlie is great.

  I typically dont leave reviews like this... I usually have good experiences at this location... There is a promotion that they were running that was buy $50 in gift cards and get a $10 gift cart that ends on the 31 of December... I was told after purchasing a $50 dollar gift card that 1st they aren't running that promotion, then 2nd it was oh we are out of those gift cards. Then it was well we cant do anything even though we are running a promotion... If you arent going to honor the promotion, then dont have a sign out and mention something at the beginning of the sale that you cant honor anything, dont wait till after it was purchased to say something...

  Average food for the price! Not good service in general now a days! Feels like people don't want to work this type of working environment 🙄

  Got kicked out because my 300lb friend had 7 drinks in 5 hours. He was behaving as if he was stone-cold sober. They claimed "corporate policy" but I could not find any such policy online. The bartender was giving us sass all night, and the manager did the same. Our server (Emily) was nothing but pleasant, however, her great attitude could not make up for the rest of the staff. I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else, like Marzoni's (5 minutes away). Good luck.

  It’s pretty sad when you have to go next-door to Chick-fil-A to get hot food. They sat us at a dirty table 10 wings came out with sauce on and we ordered them without sauce and when they brought the other ones out, they probably had been sitting for a while. They weren’t even hot.. we took forever, bringing her food out, but we are willing to wait. Food comes out burgers lukewarm if that tater tots damn they’re cold. The french fries were hot. They put the wrong things on the burgers, smothered them and mustard which we did not ask for I left them 20 bucks. I was strongly recommend considering going somewhere else.
