  A lady placed an order for a cherry pie and they did not put it in right away so had to wait for 55 min to get it. No consideration was given to a waiting customer that is a repeat local. She asked if she could get an extra one for the wait and the manager acted like she didn’t hear her. Didn’t even put it in a bag for her to carry out since they were leaving because it took so long. This showed a lack of respect and customer service if you ask me.

  I eat at this Arby's pretty often and always receive consistently good food. The staff here are clean normal people which is one of the main reasons I choose to eat at this location

  Went inside, was literally the only customer and used a coupon for a $17 family meal deal that was to include 2 turnovers. The counter person asked me what kinds I wanted and I said " apple." The Took the meal home to eat and yep, no turnovers in the bag. I remember Danny Devito in a movie saying, " you always get screwed at the drive thru." Well, at this Arby's you get screwed inside as well. Very disappointing as I was the only customer to be attended to. After several days Nothing has been done to rectify this issue so if you stop here BE SURE TO UNBAG AND CHECK WHAT THEY GIVE YOU. Beware......

  If you could get the same counter person I had tonight, you'd be amazed. The young lady was very personable and pleasant!
