  The drinks are great, unfortunately not great enough to outweigh the catty workers. I have been going here for a few months and really loved the energy drinks but a few of the workers have ruined this establishment altogether for me, my family and friends I’ve brought with me here. To start last week a worker asked me to show her my bank account to prove I paid, she told me I didn’t pay for my drink and I did I knew it was a mix up and told her I paid and I was also skipped in line. I asked her to check the name and number and she did and even though we ordered the same drink the name was not mine she said the name was Emily. I told her to look up my account and she didn’t, she kept going back and forth inside to the manager and she came out and said you can have the drink once you show me your bank account. So I did which is extremely invasive and odd!! she saw I paid handed me my drink and I left. THIS IS NOT NORMAL OR OKAY BEHAVIOR. so I wrote a review and letter and 7 brew seemed to fix it. They gave me a free drink and apologized and said they’d handle it. Which seemed to be so. I got my free drink 7 brew gave me for the mishap 2 days ago and saw the promotion for yesterday, I went back and the girl who told me to show her my bank account was working with the girl who took my order, she had an attitude was short with me and then when I went to pay she told me I had to pay up front and very quickly walked away. Everyone in front of me paid with her and everyone behind me paid with her. I sat in the long line watching everyone get their drinks before me including cars way behind me because they paid with the girl. I finally get up to the front to pay and get my drink and the girl who took my order had told me that you get a free drink with your order so I ordered an extra for my coworker and found out she was just lying. I can try and give the benefit of doubt but with the attitude making me pay upfront and working with the girl who made me show her my bank account I really can’t. This 7 brew needs a massive review of some of their workers. I will never return to this 7 brew and will be taking it higher. This is blatant retaliation against me for a mistake they made and them being overly invasive.

  love this place and i hate it… days when they have free gifts for purchasing a drink is the most tricky, but they should be learning from previous mistakes. like maybe have somebody at the beginning of the drive-through tell you if there’s still any left so I don’t have to wait in this line until I’m two cars away and getting my order taken. And then now I’m not getting anything because there’s no gifts left and I’m stuck in line waiting to leave without anything because the layout of this place is bananas. You really need to have another lane for an exit lane like any other drive-through place does. I don’t understand how the county hasn’t had a problem with this considering all the traffic it causes at the light maybe when somebody gets hit for not paying attention is whenever we will bring attention to it. * back to edit after: I spent almost 30 minutes in the line. Just trying to get out..pulled in at 5:45 left at 6:20*

  I’m at this location daily . Everyone is very friendly and very happy to help me get my coffee perfect. They treat me like a welcome friend and even though the lines get long at times it’s worth it ! There are many smiles from employees that brighten up my morning. My favorite drink is sugar free blondie with cold foam and 3 shots. Highly recommend it. It’s nice to talk to everyone makes for a very pleasant experience. Also look for The question of the day on the glass . Interesting as well.

  I ordered a gift card online before Christmas and haven't received it. I tried contacting customer service 3 different ways. The customer service voice mailbox is full, I contacted them twice through email and have not had a response, and when I contacted them through Facebook messenger, I was told to contact them the ways I already had. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and will never use this company again. I expected better.

  I love and hate the drive thru only because once your in line your stuck and can’t move. Their coffee I just can’t seem to get it to taste how I love. I’ve trued multiple ways many different times and it just isn’t for me. The smoothies on the other hand!! Delicious! I love the variety you get and different concoctions you’re able to try. Fun for everyone as there’s something for everybody. You need to come prepared knowing what you want as you don’t really see the menu until your getting your drink. They have staff come up to you to get your order while your waiting in the drive thru. It seems long but the line moves quick.
