  I don’t typically do reviews or feel inclined to, unless there’s something worth sharing. I’ve been to this location around 4 or 5 times and it’s easily and I’m not exaggerating - the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s just a poor operational flow - the place is already trashed and they’re always behind on food, yet there’s multiple workers always standing around with no direction or motivation. Whoever is the manager of this location should be fired. It’s a disgrace.

  Very good but the rice portioning was a tad too little, which may not seem like an issue but for the price of a bowl in the big 2026 everything counts. The woman preparing my bowl was very kind.

  The staff were tossing stuff around, maybe because we order too much.... I not happy spend my money and get this type of service. The rice was hard and may be uncooked too.

  This isn’t my first time here, but after today, I’m done. The staff gave me barely half a spoon of meat to start with. When I asked for a little more, they added pathetic half of that and charged me extra for it. The guy at the counter was straight-up rude—he literally tossed my bowl across the counter. I paid $16 for a tiny bowl and got treated like garbage on top of it. Never coming back.

  Leaking Side Dish I recently ordered from Chipotle, and unfortunately the packaging was handled poorly. One of the side dishes leaked all over the bag, soaking through the container and making the entire order messy and difficult to use. The sauce spilled onto the napkins and utensils. I understand that accidents happen, but better sealing and more secure packaging would prevent this. I hope the team can improve how sides are packed so customers receive their food intact and not damaged. Side Note: Chipotle’s stock price (CMG) is currently trading very close to its 52‑week low. Please take these quality issues seriously otherwise they ultimately affect investor confidence as well.
