  My chicken nuggets were not crispy, they were hard - definitely been sitting for a long while. And they were small. My seasoned fries were dumped in my bag. Not a great experience. Update: 04/26/26 I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes, a couple employees looked at me but ignored me. they were focusing on drive-thru. I watched as one of them placed a filled Luxe box on a counter away from the front counter, she looked at me and then went to do something else. A couple minutes went by and another employee picked up the box, brought it to me at the counter along with my drink cup. Why was my order not given to me when it was ready? So that it could get colder? this Taco Bell is going downhill fast.

  Good clean place depending on who's working. Lauren George is the best manager by far. Self order sucks because they don't get your notification and you may stand there in line for a long time

  A lot of Taco Bell's have poor ratings. We chose this one because it had higher ratings than some others around it. You cat beat getting enough food for two adults off of the value menu for $13. Only one small mistake was made and when I brought it to the attention of the staff they fixed it immediately and actually went above and beyond. Thank you!
