THE STAFF REFUSED TO HELP US FOR FIVE MINUTES, TO THEN COME UP WITH A SMUG ATTITUDE. SHE THEN RUDLY EXPLAINED WITH A ATTITUDE HOW WE CANT VIEW THE MENUS WITHOUT USING KIOSK. IM HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. THIS PROCESS TAKES LONGER THEN HAVING A COUNTER/SERVICE PERSON TO HELP WITH CUSTOMER ORDER'S. THIS FELT LIKE A FOREIGN COUNTY, NOT THAT RETRO TACO BELL FELL THAT U HAVE SEEMED TO GET RID OFF. IM WATCHING CUSTOMERS GET UPSET OVER THIS SYSTEM AS 5 PEOPLE ARE ORDERING AND CANT FIQURE IT OUT. YOUR WASTING YOUR CUSTOMERS TIME BY NOT HAVING A COUNTER PERSON ON DUTY TO ASSIST WITH CUSTOMERS, RATHER THEN DANCING TO MUSIC IN THE BACK OF THE STORE. AS WELK TO SAY THEY ARE AVOIDING THEOR CUSTOMERS. I WISH I COULD LEAVE A 0 STAR REVIEW. THE FACT YOUR MANAGEMENT HAS THEM NOT WESRING NAME TAGS IM UNABLE TO SAY WHO WAS RUDE AND SOPILED TEEN ATTITUDE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. 4 MENUS SCREENS WITH NOTHING ON IT. Its impossible to order food using a robot. The robot gets it wrong everytime. Also let's open a register up and have an actual person taking orders. I wont be back because of this.

My family and I walked into Taco Bell around 12:20 and it took us until 12:50 to receive my food. They took about 5 drive through orders before we even got there. We even went through the drive through, but you guys have a TERRIBLE drive through. The AI woman that was getting our food kept getting everything wrong and kept adding things we didnāt want. So we ended up going inside because we could not stand it. We ordered after a gentleman that was already there and waiting, he ended up walking out because he waited 40 minutes. There was 2-3 people in there working, IT CANT NOT BE POSSIBLY THAT HARD TO PUT MEAT AND CHEESE ON A TORTILLA. And the lady didnāt even say sorry or apologize in any way. IF YOU WERE SHORT STAFFED PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYING āPlease use the drive through we are short staffed, sorry for the inconvenience.ā Like itās literally common sense, get your yourself together.
