I recently placed a mobile order through the app, and my teen went to pick it up. I forgot to press the “I’m here” button, which was my mistake. However, instead of calmly explaining that the order had not been checked in yet, the employee told him the order would not appear unless I was within a certain radius. The interaction was handled in a way that made him feel uncomfortable enough to call and ask me to cancel the order. This situation could have been easily resolved with a simple and polite explanation about the check-in process through the mobile app. Clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way, especially when interacting with young customers. I hope additional attention can be given to ensuring all guests are treated with kindness.

Two of the bosses there accosted me for being on an electric bike. I put in a corporate complaint on the two females refusing to serve me. Quite rude and you know who you are losers😅
