I was absolutely disgusted. When we took it back to McDonalds, the manager was incredibly rude. I wanted a full refund for my entire order because WHY would I want my family to eat any of the food I bought after I found that? The best she would do, after A LOT of pushback, was refund the sandwich. Not even the meal. Just the sandwich. She even said this happens all the time there and there is nothing she can do about it. Um. I think there is probably something you can do to avoid your employees serving partially eaten food, Ma'am. The customer service was almost as disgusting as that patty.
