  I buy a lot of bagels and bread here, but have significantly cut back on any of their prepared foods because there are always so many errors. Today, I had something left off my order (it was something I added and was charged extra for), and when I brought it to the attention of the manager, she looked visibly annoyed, insisted on remaking it for me (even though I requested just getting the item on the side), and then had a conversation with the staff behind the preparation area where they audibly expressed their annoyance. They say they want to know when there’s a mistake so they can fix it, but they really don’t. It was awkward for me, I’ll go elsewhere for my bread and bagels going forward.

  I would give it 0 stars if I could. Ordered through Uber. We had 3 soups and they sidnt double bag the soup so it seeped through the bottom of the bag. It was supposed to be bowls they gave us cups, supposed have to 2 bread bowls only gave us one. Giant mess would never recommend especially for what they charge!

  No steak on my spicy steak sandwich. The dark roast coffee was very weak with little flavor. Unfortunately, I got my meal to go and didn't realize the poor quality until it was too late to return the food.
